Come on guys my original issue has some how returned!!!! I just want to remove the sort by row but I can't even target it when it's just an inline style.

I'm finding this out as well today. I installed Disqus for the first time last night.. and I'm able to change the colors, but, I can't style the submit button or input fields to save my life! They really need to make css editing easier if they want Disqus to continue to grow...

But, I'm going to stick with Disqus, I love the features!!!

Yep same thing here after hours of styles and removing bits and bobs now my comment form is a mess again. I think I'm going to have to move over to wordpress of another form of commenting system restyling everything ever couple of months is not really an option. It's a shame Disqus has some real potential but if you want to change the style of the comments other then simple colour switches it's not really an option.

Hi Jason,

Something seems to have happened that brought all the options back. I didn't change anything in my layout, and I still have #dsq-options {display:none;} in there, but it's displaying anyway. Was the class name changed?

I'd also really like to hide those options! Adding a class would be great.

(I have too few comments to bother with sorting or offering a feed. I already hide the rating system because it's unnecessary for my blog.)

Oh bugger I have just looked at the code and it's not even like you can hide the new sort options with CSS. It's a hardcoded style without a class or ID to target. Can you at least add a class so I can hide these options.
