Daniel - thanks for the update. Our issue is that our little community newspapers can be somewhat more sensitive about language than mot of the blogs I read and we're trying to be respectful of community standards in the 35 communities in which we do business. I appreciate your attention on this. We've been testing Disqus all afternoon and are loving it so far.

We do not have an ETA at the moment, but I will make a note of this to
look into ASAP.

If there is something you'd specifically need to address (a problem
with the commenters), please email help@disqus.com and we'll try to
address it individually.

Hmm. Frustrating. Any ETA on lifting that restriction?

Yes, right now the limit is 50 words for a few different reasons. We
will be looking into increasing this limit.
