After looking through some Mashable pages, i do have one qualm about this feature : all or most retweets are the same. The twitter avatars aren't up yet either, so it feels like I'm filtering through a throng of cloned comments by the same apathetic face. Popular blogs are going to get hundreds of comments coming in from all sorts of channels, and I hope there's going to be a way to filter identical retweets or bookmarks (similar to why I don't care about looking through "___ likes __" when I'm just browsing what people are writing about in tumblr reblog notes). In any case, good work, and it's nice to see what you guys have been up to.
I love Disqus, and it's only getting better!

cleverly placed key persons in power ( Pulosi, Reid and company) will trash this nation of freedom, free enterprise and capitalism as we once knew it.
How can several decades of blood ,sweat and tears in building a nation so great, merely go by the way side? How could a great nation like ours, be taken down in such a short term of only a few months?? These people of leftist and Marxist persuasion have positioned themselves for MANY years in our nation's governing positions and in our institutions of higher learning. They need to be STOPPED in their diabolical tracks! Mr. President, you are destroying our nation and our economy! Why? Is it because you have been called by "your" people
to step up and redistribute the wealth that was unjustifiably stolen from the common laborers! Mr. President over 350,000 troops from BOTH sides died in a war for freedom! One side dieing to free the slaves. The other side fought for STATE sovereignty! Is it because you strongly believe in taking from the "haves" and giving to the "have-nots" without our permission!! This is unethical and immoral! You continue to use class warfare and race baiting in order to promote your socialist agenda, Mr. President. Is this in the the best interests of this great nation?? I dare say NOT!! Mr. President, you have lead the charge also against free speech, ( can you say Hugo Chavez?) by creating an enemy list of those that have openly and publicly challenged your actions on public air waves and in the public marketplace (i.e. Rush, Hannity,Levin, Kraemer, Santelli). Every dictator in history has silenced their critics! You put your cohorts up to discredit and besmirch those that speak out and expose you for who you REALLY are!! Mr. President, did you not promise that you wouldn't go so low as to use "dirty politics"? Didn't you also promise nonpartisan participation in policy making! But, of course, these are just words! Is this the change and hope that you promised us, Mr.President?? This has all been proven to be nothing but LIES!! This is an ALL- out assault on our God-given rights, found in the documents that founded this great Nation
of freedom! ( i.e. the Constitution, Declaration of Independence,Bill of Rights etc.) Let's get REALLY serious here, folks! Let's not fool ourselves
of where this young Marxist is taking our Nation of FREEDOM! Everyone please call , fax , email or write to your Representative and Senators! Let your voice be heard while we still have the God - given freedom to do so! Gov't. mandated heath care? The same gov't. that is bankrupting Soc.Insecurity, medicare and medicaid! I think NOT!! Can you say Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae? Gun control, fairness doctrine!! What's next? DOES ANYONE SEE A PATTERN HERE??? May the party of opposition please stand up to this onslaught! May you true blue conservatives lead the charge against this all-out attack on our Constitution! Can't you folks in Congress SEE what's going down in front of your very own EYES!! Wake up people!! Why do you suppose that YOUR approval ratings, as a Congress, is lower than the President Bush that you hated so much! Did you want President Bush to succeed?? Did you want our freedom-loving troops to succeed in the surge? For some, WE LOST BEFORE WE EVEN GOT STARTED! The liberals and left "elitists" are playing for KEEPS!! Ask Sen.Kennedy and Congressman Obey what kind of pensions they have? What kind of perks will they receive for screwing up our nation so well! Will the members of Congress and you, Mr.President, take a wage freeze for the next few years? You are still NOT apologizing for your misguided actions of PORK- project spending( i.e. building a bridge to nowhere over the River Osage, for a town of a little over 200 people! How about studying the STINK of porkers, when the REAL stink is in the PORKULOUS package that YOU signed into law recently! The omnibus bill? NO EARMARKS? Can we say 9 THOUSAND?? Yeh,RIGHT!! How about the HUGE
deficit spending that is going through the ROOF!! I see nothing but campaign pay-backs, can you say Acorn? Indicted in how many states for voter fraud?? How about generational thievery? Mr.President, do you care enough that you will make our children and grand-children indebted and enslaved for LIFE!! Trillions and trillions of taxpayers money! IT'S NOT YOUR MONEY! It's the people of this great nation's!! President Obama, YOU out and out lied! You have YET to answer for ALL these statements! You liberals bashed Bush before he was even inaugurated! You wanted him to FAIL, right??! You misconstrued Rush Limbaugh's words! President Obama, why don't you take Rush on in a FAIR debate! ( Without your teleprompters!) President Obama, you said that there are NO earmarks in this bill! Maybe that's not such a bad idea to STUDY the SMELL of PORK!!! ( Since we can smell it ALL the way from Hussein City! ) Mr.President, you promised that you would NOT have lobbyists in your cabinet! Well,Mr.President? I should be fair and point out something that you have done something RIGHT. I have to hand it to you, Mr.President, that you have been able to collect back taxes of over $150,000 by making the appointments that you have! You know what's the worst part about all of this is? Then Mr.President, you strain to minimize conservative talk radio show hosts that are exposing you and your liberal army of leftists! This liberal Congress with the approval ratings in the TANK, are doing the very SAME big government expansion and spending that YOU accused President Bush of doing! Mr.President, do you even care enough about the gyrations of the stock market causing peoples' 401-k's to become 201-k's? Mr.President, who in their right mind would RAISE taxes and have MORE regulation in a downturn economy? Can you say cap and trade? Another 650,000 or so jobs gone last month! You people that voted for this President, how much money will you be able to donate to fight against this self-approved, self-anointed messiah when you loose YOUR job?? You'll be dependent upon the STATE for your very sustenance, like the rest of the GOVERNMENT DEPENDANTS!! We don't need MORE government regulation,expansion, and taxation! I do want to request an enhancement as well though. I would like to see that at some point a post might be related to a twitter #tag conversation and I would want all associated #tag conversations to go into the blog post as well.
I think that this is definitely useful and have had instances in the past. #tags help keep interaction with the conversation simple on twitter by being able to use tools already developed for it. By being able to use twitter toolsets to have a more in-depth discussion associated with the initial blog post and having those conversations logged back in the initial blog post, it keep the context on what people have talked about and how those conversations have evolved. It also proves to be useful in being able to go back and look at logs of conversations that were discussed on twitter that might otherwise be lost.
Let me know if you all decide to implement this, otherwise I might look into doing it myself.
