I have deactivated the Disqus plugin until this is resolved, so as to not affect my website.

I am having a similar problem. I did not even get the unprocessed screen. When I clicked import, the contents of the Disqus screen went blank. I am going to have to email help@disqus as well.

I posted a couple of times on here, but didn't receive any reply. I was about to switch to js-kit when I sent a twitter message to http://twitter.com/disqus and they helped import the comments pretty quickly.
