IE issues with wordpress, disqus, and other plugins

I am having issues with disqus and lightview plus working jointly in Internet explorer. I get an "operation aborted" warning and the site goes to a blank page in IE. Everything works fine on firefox. I think it's the javascripts colliding between the two plugins. Is there a way to put any of the coding in the footer.php file instead and try to get it to work from there instead of thru the plugins folder? I think if i put the files needed in the right manner in the footer instead, it will bypass the problem i'm currently having. If any other ideas come, they will be greatly appreciated as well!

    I'm having a similar issue, in IE7 I don't see comments or the comment form. I was using the WP beta, noticed the IE7 problem and am now all JS, but I still have the same issue with no comments nor comment form.

    I have not yet tried deactivating plugins to find the cause, but I do have lightview installed also. My site is http://sidsavara.com

    Possibly related: I have a youtube embed that isn't showing up at all anymore in SOME IE7 browsers, but does in others. Obviously this isn't a disqus issue, but it may give you another data point for what the problem could be. I will check it out later this evening as well.

    Ok, turns out I was using lighbox, not lightview. Deactivated it, still has problems in IE. After much searching around, I isolated the problem to be the WP-Greetbox plugin (which sucks, because I absolutely love that one!).

    Also, it's not Ultimate Google Analytics, which I didn't really suspect, but hey - gotta check everything that makes javascript right?

    yeah, I deactivated all plugins and narrowed it down to : disqus bein coupled with lightbox or lightview plus, both dont work and also wp-cumulus. none of these will work if coupled in any combination. The problem is because of JS or flash. I need to find out how to get disqus to work with lightview plus or lightbox.
