    The only way to correct the problem is to do as listed below.
    This is obviously a bug that needs correcting.

    Do you not think it's worth fixing this bug? I estimate that approximately 60% of Disqus uses experience this problem and it's strange how I haven't a clue about this but seem to be offering more successful advice... just a thought! ;-)

    It's not working for me either. This is very annoying. I'm trying to upload a new image all day long. It's simply not working. I even tried 2 different browsers.

    How can I upload a new image?

    If figured out how to do it - you upload and before clicking "save changes" click on "change"... crop etc.. and then click save. It works then..

    I've done that and it still doesn't work...

    It changes the picture on my disqus profile, but it's still my old picture when I comment on blogs.

    I'm really not sure what to suggest.... This worked for me - hopefully the guy from the Disqus Team will reply to this.

    Is the file larger than 1mb? Have you tried other photos?

    Keep in mind: You can only upload one profile photo every 24 hours.

    Same problem. 28k .jpg won't save after uploading and cropping.

    Looks like it finally took hold. Perhaps the system is having trouble invalidating cache at the right time. Cache invalidation is not easy.. I know that. No worries. I'm good.
