Giannii, I have the same issue. I just switched to Disqus because Intense Debate support wasn't cutting it. I have about 13,000 comments to import, yet when I try to import it still says "Import status: Unprocessed". What can I do?

Using WP 2.7

Shoot an email to help@disqus.com with an export of your comments.
Most shared servers have a time limit on how long a php task can last.

Yea, like I said in my first comment, it says "Import status: Unprocessed". Are you saying that I need to export my wordpress comments first? I thought the import process from the Wordpress plugin was already in place to do this?

Great, that message means that our server has your comments it is just
waiting to be processed. we had a bit of a heavy comment importing
weekend.

I have this problem too , it's been over 9 hours now and still no comment importing . . . what do i do ?

I have the same problem - I fear that I have done this a couple times and put multiple requests in the queue. Can my duplicate requests be deleted? (boozeworthy is the site)

We are still seeing the same message. Import status: Unprocessed how long does it take there are only about 100 comments. It's been unprocessed for 6 hours now.

I don't have very many comments, but it has already been over 5 hours since I initiated the import from within Wordpress Disqus dashboard. I can see the thread posts slowly being entered into Disqus but they all show 0 comments. Just wanted to make sure that there wasn't something wrong with my setup.

hi. i installed disqus today on our own server, but the comments remain unprocessed 8 hours later. only 100 comments or so. help would be appreciated.

Sorry to post again, but if the php request time is set too low, do i edit this in php.ini to something more like 60 seconds?

I'm not able to see my old comments in Disqus. Its showing "Import status: Unprocessed".

I've also mailed you regarding it with the backup xml file attached.

Plz look into my problem and fix it ASAP.
