Guys, any thoughts? I realise you're probably busy but I'm getting a lot of traffic today and my forum looks comment-free! ;)

Doing some Googling I wonder if it's a plugin clash - is there a list of known Wordpress plugins that clash with Disqus?

For some reason the export file from your site doesn't contain any comments. Were you using normal WP comments before?

Yes. Had a couple of plugins running - Subscribe To Comments and Comments Redirection (routes to my 'subscribe RSS' page the first time a new visitor comments) but that's it.

I've deactivated Disqus now, because of traffic, as said. I'm happy to re-active it overnight (I'm in the UK). Can I export the comments file and email it to you? Is that a possible solution? Because otherwise, everything seemed to work fine. :)

Giannii kindly contacted me on Twitter saying my important was done, but I've re-activated and still no luck. Is this possibly a permissions thing? Seems strange that my export would be empty.

Tried an import again and the 'processing' message disappeared after a few minutes with no change to the comments on the blog. I'd love to get this working but I'm a bit stumped. :)
