Disqus: The Official Blog - Disqus Comments: New Translations Available
Intense Debate already support friendfeed, but i chose Disqus for the much better performance and video integration, but i need friendfeed.
So +1 for friendfeed.
arbitrary retrieval.
Ours will integrate the comment profiles.
This is so important.
I would love to see you set up something with FriendFeed like you did with Plaxo.
-I post to my blog.
-The feed for my blog show's on my friend's Friendfeed page.
-They leave a comment on that blog feed entry on Friendfeed.
-Disqus pulls the comment from Friendfeed back into my Disqus comments.
Is that correct? I believe this is already how it works with Plaxo. If not, that's what I'd like to request.
Also, any updates on this? Looks like there hasn't been anything new mentioned on the status in about a month.
Both Disqus and FriendFeed are working to make this possible.
If thisd takes much longer, I have to switch, but i like Disqus more.

I've always been a little concerned over the issue that Friendfeed takes the discussion away from blogs and puts it somewhere else. That's the primary reason I don't use Friendfeed. I feel FF hijacks the conversation on content created elsewhere.
If Disqus creates the roundtrip syncing of comments, that would be a killer feature for Disqus. Yes, I know, you're working on it and you have to get FF to buy into it too.
