The Disqus Blog: Export Tumblr comments into Wordpress?

    Jordi, is there any way to tell from the URLs which old posts match with new posts? If so we could handle the comment migration for you.

    I honestly don't know. That's exactly what I wanted to do! But I don't know how to manage threads.
