Using Safari also resolved my issue with no FB API field appearing. However, I was also expecting to see a field to copy/paste "Secret" from facebook connect app. There was no box for this entry. Any suggestions?

I didn't really "fix" it, it just worked in Chrome which uses the same rendering engine as Safari that @hamigoDOTcom used. For whatever reason, when I clicked the Facebook checkbox in Internet Explorer and Firefox, nothing happened. The form field just didn't appear, so there was no place to enter my FB API key.

Thanks for the tip. Chrome resolved the issue for me. Also tried FF and IE with no luck.

with safari i had no problem...

I am having a similar problem. I entered the api key, but only got it to work once so I unchecked the FB box. Now that I want to add it back, I check the FB box and the section won't expand to let me enter the api key.

It also never let me enter my number, has that been added?

Using Firefox 3.07 on a Mac

Finally I could.. I had problems with both Mozilla and explorer.

The solution was using safari!

Click the checkbox next to Facebook and the form will appear.
