Duplicate Comments in Wordpress

First off, I think we're getting there. I updated to the latest build of 2.0 earlier today (2.0-2528) and more of my comments appear to have been imported. Disqus now lists 407 comments, which might not be all of them, but it's close.

However, I tried to check whether 407 was accurate, and my dashboard says 893 comments. If I check the comments pages, there's two of everything. The site only lists one comment (as they're coming from Disqus) but Wordpress is doubled up.

I've not had a dig around in my database yet, but I thought I'd raise this.

Hope all the Wordpress issues are ironed out soon, it certainly looks like you're on top of it!

    Daniel,

    The duplication issue would have been fixed. For databases already
    with duplicated content, we'll address this soon.

    Our Disqus site shows 15k comments now, while Wordpress only shows 11k. This morning, we had like 7900 in Disqus, so it appears those have been doubled?

    Has this issue been addressed yet? The duplicates only show up when I'm not using Disqus. When I reinstall the plugin, the duplicates disappear. How can I remove the duplicates?
