I'm having problems importing old comments on Wordpress 2.8.4
Having just added disqus to another of my blogs I am getting the error message

Warning: unlink(C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\/disqus-wordpress.2009-09-22.xml) [function.unlink]: Permission denied

When trying to import old Wordpress comments.
Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

That's exactly what I was just trying to figure out. It's quite convenient to monitor all comments from my feed reader with a "Subscribe To All" or something similar, so I know when to reply to someone, and so others can stay more connected to any and all discussions.

Is this plugin almost ready, or still in the early stages?

err...anyone knows why avatars are not showing up in the "Recent Comments" widget?

* Update: It seems the Disqus widget generator is spewing invalid code :( For example, where it says " &hide _avatars=0 " it should actually be " &show_avatars=1 ". Both are supposed to serve the same purpose , but for some weird reason they aren't. Anyway, that's how I got rid of my problem.

As the 101st post :p I'm requesting for a the feature: "Merge Disqus Threads". Especially useful for users who are or was experimenting on URL related SEO (in other words, changing URLs to get the best format).

Or is it part of the Disqus premium already?

On blogger there is an option to subscribe to "all comments" on the posts which is a very useful feature if you are following the blog in readers like Goggle reader. However after moving to Disqus, this option is no longer available since the comments are now hosted on Disqus. Which RSS feed my blog users need to subscribe so that comment made on any post (via disqus) is visible and available to subscribers.

I am aware that it is possible to subscribe to comments on individual post level. I am looking for subscribing comments on "all posts".
