It seems that whenever I publish a video along with my post - no reactions are counted. Has anyone else seen this? Additionally, even when I request to report missing reactions, no reactions get counted. Please advise. Thank you

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

I also see lots of reactions missing on my posts. I generally saw that it is missing for twitter. Do Disqus consider short url in twitter? If it is then this is the reason for my missing reaction.

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

Does it scan for the post URL or how exactly does this work?

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

i like this

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

i like it :)

www.giuliopepe.it

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

Hey Disqus Team - It still says "View Comments" even though I have multiple comments on a post, and I have made the changes in Settings>Appearance (using Narcissus theme) so it should say '2 comments' for example - so have I not done something right?

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

Giannii, looks like it is working now on a few more posts..... yipee. The counts are located on the main index link to your comments. This is the place where it usually says something like "5 Comments."

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

We're thinking about this.

In the meantime, you can definitely remove the latter portion by blanking out the custom text in your settings.

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

These features are missing in my installation. where do you find reaction counts ?

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

nice change

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

How can we refresh reactions for an entire blog? Many posts say 0 reactions where as the twitter plugin says 100+.

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

Cool. On the "and" part, I agree with @Manogr.

I have a question, geared towards everyone (Community and Disqus), any suggestions to replace "Reactions"? Having "# Comments and # Reactions" is confusing, they mean the same thing especially to non-native English speakers.

I'm thinking on the line of "Microblog" but I can't fit it correctly. "# Comments and # Microblogs".
Or "# Comments and # Reactions elsewhere" ?? Kinda long tho.

Re: Disqus Comments: Reactions Count + Refresh! | Disqus: The Official Blog

Hello...it is always nice to see more features coming!

A couple of issues:

1) It is not possible to change the "and" between comments and reactions. This is strange if we use words for comments and reactions in another language (although I use Greek language at the settings this is not translated...as some other words also).
2) I can't see the Refresh Reactions button in my posts.

Thanks and keep up the good work!
