Can you go into detail what those issues are? I've had multiple people complain with problems I wasn't able to recreate, already switched back to regular Wordpress comments are, and I'm hesitant to go back to disqus of those issues aren't addressed.

In particular, I'm talking about people not being able to login on both Safari and Firefox machines.

Sounds like it maybe some settings on your users end as thousands of people login using safari and firefox daily. IF you want you can have them email me some information and I can look into it.
