Giannii - Thank you. We currently have all of the sites listed as separate weblogs under one Disqus account and I would assume that we'd add the new WPMU-powered blogs to that account, also. The Disqus team has been very helpful with scaling issues in the past.

I would love to see an official Disqus plugin for Wordpress MU as well. I'm setting up a new multi-blog site and it would be wonderful to integrate Disqus for easier comment management.

Well if this helps at all... we're running Disqus on 120 newspaper sites and I'd really prefer to keep our new blogging section on Disqus as well (single sign-on, yadda yadda). It's very likely that we'll be using WP MU so any info you can provide about this will help. Thanks.
