Hi Kate, the claim method will only work with websites that use Disqus.

This is useful for merging in comments you've made while not logged in. Unfortunately we cannot bring in non-Disqus comments at this time.

This hasn't worked for me. I've made several comments over the past few days on blogs that don't use disqus, and went to claim them on the claim page above, but they're not being claimed. I only use one email when commenting. Any suggestions?

Taking Your Unverified Profile and Comments , a Disqus account, you can combine those old comments into your registered profile.

Thanks. I've had this creeping sensation in my psyche that i get before a new term emerges or a new concept takes hold: and you have saved me from being a prime example. The new concept or term is
"Virtual Multiple Personality Syndrome", or in more casual circles it's called "syber slut". ( A syndrome is merely a "set of symptoms" . It hasn't formally made it to the permanent position of "disease" yet. ) "VMPS " is marked by one symptom in particular: a person seems to have many profiles floating around on the web. Most of the time they are forgotten about or lost. Each one focuses on different aspects of the individual's personality. How's that for " VBS"? lol
