Changed blog URL, upgraded WP DISQUS plugin, and now my comments are gone...

Hi. After upgrading WP to 2.6.2 and the DISQUS plugin in to 2.02-2969, then changing the blog URL from http://oracleappslab.com to http://theappslab.com, our comments disappeared. I since then changed the blog url back to oracleappslab.com... the comment counts have come back but the comments are still missing.
After looking into it a bit more, it looks like DISQUS now has multiple threads for each entry. Here's an example:
Blog post URL: http://oracleappslab.com/2008/09/22/openworld-b...
Original DISQUS thread URL: http://theappslab.disqus.com/openworld_begins_44/
New DISQUS thread URL: http://theappslab.disqus.com/openworld_begins_97/
What happened? Can I get my comments back?
