All comments are imported. There is no distinction between spam and
non-spam.

We refilter once it goes through Disqus and that's why it sits under
unapproved.

So is there any easy way to remove all 25 pages of it?

I emptied my Askimet spam folder, can I just import my comments into disqus again and make the 25 pages of spam disappear? Or will that create evil goatteed duplicates of all my comments?

If all else, there has to be some sort of mass approve/delete feature, right?

Doing what you suggest will not remove threads from Disqus. A mass
delete is definitely in the works.
